While the name is new, our commitment to providing quality systems and expert services is untouched. Beier Integrated Systems will continue to sell integrated DP systems and offer the expert engineering, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service and support provided by Beier Radio during the past 70 years.
Beier Radio was founded in 1945 and continues to be a leader in the ever-evolving marine electronics industry today. Having supplied DP systems for hundreds of vessels over the years, Beier Radio is recognized as a reliable provider of turnkey vessel control and navigation solutions. Our integrated engineering department and installation team specialize in retrofit projects, providing custom-designed systems for our clients, reducing vessel downtime, and achieving the highest level of performance on the open water.
Beier Integrated Systems manufactures Vessel Monitoring and Management Systems, Steering Systems, Dynamic Positioning Systems, Shaft Tachs, Navigation Light Panels and many more marine products. In addition Beier Radio distributes a full line of marine communication and navigation products.
With corporate offices in the USA and agents in Singapore, Shanghai, West Africa, Brazil and Mexico, Beier Radio provides international support for all of its products and customers.

In 2014 Beier Radio moves management and administrative offices to Mandeville, Louisiana.
In 2014 Beier Radio builds new manufacturing and service facility in Gray, Louisiana.
In 2014 Beier Radio opens its new training facility and forms a new company to provide DP and ECDIS training to mariners. The new company is The Marine Training Institute.
In 2012 Beier Radio purchased the engineering and manufacturing company Sentinel Controls.
In 2009 Beier Radio established an international service support network with agents in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, NIgeria and Brazil.
In 2007 Beier Radio opened its DP Training Center and received international certification from the Nautical Institute in London.
In 1999 Beier Radio developed conceptual plans for a new Dynamic Positioning System. During the next few years, Beier worked with Navis Engineering of Finland to develop the hardware and software that today is known as the IVCS2000 Integrated Vessel Control System.
In 1980 BeierRadio began distributing Dynamic Positioning Systems. From 1975 to 1998 Beier Radio represented all of the major DP manufacturers, Kongsburg, Robertson, Simrad and Nautronix.
In 1975 Beier Radio began providing systems integration of mechanical , hydraulic and pneumatic systems with controls.
Founded in 1945 as Frank L. Beier Radio became one of the first marine electronic distributors in the Southern part of the USA.
